世界一流大学学术人才向中国流动的规律分析——“一带一路”视角

【摘要】："一带一路"倡议提出后,中国与沿线国家学术人才流动步入快车道。本文通过对我国109所研究型大学教师简历的分析,初步分析了世界一流大学的博士、博士后研究人员面向中国的学术人才回流规律。研究发现,"一带一路"沿线的世界一流大学总体占比较低,但对中国学术人才流入也具有重要贡献;流入中国的学术人才来自全球顶级高校的比例较高;东亚地区一流大学与中国学术系统联系极为紧密。研究认为,当前中国应抢抓"一带一路"机遇,逐渐成为全球高等教育的亚中心或副中心,并凸显共享发展和双向流动理念,形成中国与沿线国家学术人才流动的良性格局。
[Abstract]:After the "Belt and Road" initiative, the flow of academic talent between China and countries along the fast track. Based on the analysis of teachers' resumes of 109 research universities in China, this paper preliminarily analyzes the return rule of doctoral and postdoctoral researchers in world-class universities facing Chinese academic talents. It is found that the proportion of world-class universities along the "Belt and Road" is relatively low, but it also contributes to the inflow of Chinese academic talents, and the proportion of academic talents flowing into China is higher than that of the top universities in the world. The top universities in East Asia are closely linked to the Chinese academic system. The study holds that China should seize the opportunity of "Belt and Road", gradually become the sub-center or sub-center of global higher education, highlight the concept of shared development and two-way flow, and form a benign pattern of academic talent flow between China and countries along the route.
