“渝新欧”沿线国家国别贸易效率评价与比较研究

【摘要】："渝新欧"国际铁路的顺利通车,推进了中西部地区继续向西开放,为"一带一路"倡议的顺利实施提供了强有力的支撑。在此背景下评价"渝新欧"沿线国家国别贸易效率,为我国更好地选择贸易伙伴,鼓励我国企业"走出去"有着重要的理论参考价值和现实指导意义。文章从国内和国际两个视角,建立由1个一级指标、2个二级指标、2个三级指标、9个四级指标、32个五级指标等五个维度构成的"渝新欧"沿线国家国别贸易效率评价指标体系,选取沿线重点交往国家近十年间各项基础数据,对其国家贸易效率进行综合分析,并据此提出中国与相关国家进行经贸合作的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The smooth opening of the "Chongqing, New Europe" international railway has pushed the central and western regions to continue to open to the west, providing a strong support for the smooth implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative. Under this background, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the national trade efficiency of the countries along the route of "Chongqing, New Europe", to better choose our trading partners and to encourage our enterprises to "go out". From both domestic and international perspectives, this paper establishes an index system for evaluating the national trade efficiency of the countries along the lines of "Chongqing, New Europe", which consists of five dimensions: one primary index, two secondary indicators, two third-level indicators, nine fourth-grade indicators and 32 five-level indicators. Based on the basic data of the key countries along the route in recent ten years, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the national trade efficiency and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the economic and trade cooperation between China and the relevant countries.
