“一带一路”战略下成人教育发展的动力分析与基本取向

【摘要】：随着"一带一路"倡议的巨大发展契机和我国教育领域改革不断推进,成人教育迎来了发展春天,成人教育作用不再是消极被动地接受挑战,而是更加主动地通过调查和研究,实现新的探索和引领。因此,在"一带一路"倡议的巨大发展契机面前,如何让发展中的成人教育兼具科研、教学和服务等多种功能,并在"一带一路"沿线各国和各民族的全方位服务中有所觉悟和有所作为,是"十三五"期间成人教育发展的重要课题。基于此,在"一带一路"倡议的巨大发展契机下,就成人教育发展的动力和规律进行探求,使成人教育对我国经济转型、社会发展、精神塑造等方面形成更大的积极作用,进而使成人教育不但综合能力有所提升,而且使其在整个教育体系中成为终身教育和继续教育的主要担当者。
[Abstract]:With the great development opportunity of "Belt and Road" initiative and the continuous promotion of education reform in our country, adult education has ushered in a spring of development. The role of adult education is no longer passive to accept the challenge, but more actively through investigation and research. To realize new exploration and guidance. Therefore, in the face of the great opportunity for development of the "Belt and Road" initiative, how to enable the developing adult education to have a variety of functions, such as scientific research, teaching and service, It is an important subject for the development of adult education during the 13th Five-Year Plan period to realize and make some achievements in the omni-directional service of all countries and nationalities along "Belt and Road". Based on this, under the great development opportunity of the "Belt and Road" initiative, to explore the motive force and law of the development of adult education, to make adult education play a more active role in China's economic transformation, social development, spiritual shaping, etc. Thus, adult education not only improves its comprehensive ability, but also makes it the main player of lifelong education and continuing education in the whole education system.
