中蒙俄经济走廊建设中的内蒙古开放型经济发展策略

【摘要】：中国提出的"一带一路"战略构想,符合东北亚各国拓展经济发展的需求。将中国丝绸之路经济带同俄罗斯跨欧亚发展带、蒙古国草原之路对接,打造中蒙俄经济走廊,未来不仅会在东北亚形成新的发展区域,三国经济实现一体化,还会极大促进东北亚区域经济合作的加速发展。内蒙古自治区在中蒙俄经济走廊建设中虽然占据着区位优势,但同时也面临着政治稳定性、基础设施、产业发展等方面的挑战,因此需要实施开放型的经济策略,促进三国间的交流与合作。
[Abstract]:China's "Belt and Road" strategic concept conforms to the needs of Northeast Asian countries to expand their economic development. By connecting the China Silk Road Economic Belt with Russia's Trans-Eurasian Development Zone and Mongolia's Prairie Road, to create an economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia, not only will a new development region be formed in Northeast Asia in the future, but the three economies will realize economic integration. It will also greatly promote the accelerated development of regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia. Although the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region occupies a regional advantage in the construction of the economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia, it also faces challenges in terms of political stability, infrastructure and industrial development. Therefore, it is necessary to implement an open economic strategy. To promote exchanges and cooperation among the three countries.
