【摘要】：正为贯彻落实党中央国务院加快推动农业"走出去"的重要指示精神,积极响应国家"一带一路"倡议,促进农业供给侧结构性改革,发挥中国农业科学院建制性科技优势和国家农业智囊团作用,中国农业科学院海外农业研究中心(简称"海外中心")于2016年1月成立。海外中心是在农业对外合作部际联席会议指导下,由中国农业科学院相关业务管理部门、专业研究所共同参与组建的非法人单位,是以重大科技协同创新任务为纽带,跨领域、跨学科、跨部门的致力于海外农业
[Abstract]:In order to implement the important indicator of the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to accelerate the promotion of agricultural "Get out of here.", the State Council is actively responding to the national "One Belt and One Road" initiative, promoting the structural reform of the agricultural supply side, and playing the role of the formed scientific and technological advantages of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the national agricultural think tank. The Overseas Agricultural Research Center ("overseas center") of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences was established in January 2016. The overseas center, under the guidance of the inter-ministerial joint meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture and Foreign Cooperation, is a non-legal entity formed by the relevant business management department and the professional research institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It is a joint, cross-disciplinary, interdisciplinary, Cross-sectoral commitment to overseas agriculture
