[Abstract]:In 2013, the President of Xi Jinping, during his visit to Central Asia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, made a strategic concept of co-construction of the "the economic belt of the Silk Road" and the "The Maritime Silk Road in the 21st Century" (short as the "One Belt and One Road"), which gave a new era connotation to the ancient Silk Road, and has injected new vitality into the regional cooperation of the Pan-Asian and European-Europe region.
