【摘要】：田文镜,汉军正蓝旗,雍正朝著名督抚,是雍正帝所树立的“模范督抚”。田文镜出身监生,入仕在康熙年间,但一直是默默无闻的下级官员,到雍正初年先后担任山西布政使、河南布政使、河南巡抚、河南总督、河东总督,历山西、河南、山东三省,主要政绩在河南,他清查亏空,提解耗羡,实施养廉银制度,整顿吏治,使河南省政治经济大为改观。此外他积极执行雍正帝的统治政策,调和国家、绅衿和平民三者关系,兴修水利。但由于他在治理过程中打击面较广,以参劾为武器,加上其出身监生,在当时及后来都引起不小的非议。本文重点分析他实施的政策和雍正帝统治方针之间的关系,探讨他在这一历史时期所起的作用,并评价了他整理财政、整顿吏治所实施政策的效果和地位。田文镜所处的时期正是雍正帝大刀阔斧进行改革的时期,通过对田文镜治理手段和雍正帝统治策略的比较性和联系性的研究,也能看清楚雍正朝在中国古代史的地位,以及雍正帝改革在中国古代改革历程中的地位。
[Abstract]:Tian Wenjing, the famous ruler of the Han Dynasty and the famous governor of the Yongzheng Dynasty, is the "model governor" set up by Emperor Yong Zheng. Tian Wenjing was born in prison, entered the office of official in Kangxi period, but has been an unknown lower official. At the beginning of Yongzheng's early years, he served successively as minister of public service in Shanxi. The governor of Henan Province, the Governor of Henan Province, the Governor of Henan Province, the Governor of Hedong, Shanxi, Henan and Shandong provinces, whose main achievements are in Henan, checked the deficit, lifted his envy, carried out the system of raising clean and honest silver, and rectified the administration of officials. In addition, he actively carried out the ruling policy of Emperor Yongzheng, reconciled the relations among the state, the gentry and the common people, and built water conservancy projects. However, as he dealt a wide range of blows in the process of administration, he took impeachment as a weapon. This paper focuses on the analysis of the relationship between his policy and the policy of Emperor Yongzheng's rule, discusses his role in this historical period, and evaluates his financial consolidation. The period in which Tian Wenjing was in the period of great reform of Emperor Yongzheng, through the study of the comparison and connection between the administrative means of Tian Wenjing and the ruling strategy of Yongzheng Emperor. We can also see clearly the status of Yongzheng Dynasty in the ancient history of China and the status of the reform of Yongzheng Emperor in the course of ancient Chinese reform.
