【摘要】：江苏赣榆是黄淮流域的海洋边疆区,清代有多样的社会空间。陈鸿寿第一次任官是代理赣榆知县,嘉庆十四年六月自苏州赴任,七月往淮安府清河县为谪戍乌鲁木齐的师友铁保饯行,耽延十日,十月份捐俸募资,以举办疏浚县南境大沙河下游的河工。当月中下旬再至苏州逗留。十二月因公至苏州的时候,在那儿过年。来年五月河工完毕,县内士绅立纪事碑文,表彰他的治绩。同月为赣榆徐氏撰并书四世同堂序文,以地方长吏,提倡淳良的风教,六月份卸职。陈鸿寿被称诗书画印壶诸艺集于一身的文人,本文检讨他赣榆一年的行事,捐俸治河与提倡教化这两件深得县内士绅推许,不是漫然浮夸的文人,而是留心政事、有功地方的循吏。
[Abstract]:Ganyu in Jiangsu Province is the maritime frontier of the Huang-Huai River Basin, and there was a variety of social space in the Qing Dynasty. Chen Hongshou's first official position was acting Ganyu County. In June, Jiaqing took up his post in Suzhou. On July, he went to Qinghe County, Huai'an Prefecture, to be banished to Urumqi. In the same month, Ganyu Xushi wrote the preface of the four generations of the same school, with local officials, advocating a good style of education, and dismissing his post in June. Chen Hongshou was called the literati who had written poems, books, paintings, printing pots, and all kinds of arts. This article reviews his conduct for one year. The county gentry approved the two items, namely, to donate salaries and to govern the river and to advocate enlightenment, but to pay attention to the affairs of the government and the officials of the places where they were meritorious.
