清代太湖厅建置沿革及其行政职能变迁考实

【摘要】：通过分析中国第一历史档案馆所藏的有关清代苏州府太湖厅的档案,可以确定太湖同知的辖境及其权责范围从雍正八年直至宣统三年经历了复杂的变化过程,由水利而到捕务,再到钱粮征收,再到命盗案件审理,至乾隆三十二年始具有专管之地而成为"厅"的建置,从而否定了学术界流行的雍正八年或乾隆元年置厅说。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the archives of the Qing Dynasty Suzhou Mansion , which is hidden in the First Historical Archives of China , it is possible to determine the jurisdiction and the scope of its authority from the last eight years to three years , which has undergone a complex process of change . It has been collected from the water conservancy to the arrest , then to the money grain collection , and then to the case trial . The establishment of the " Hall " has been made since the beginning of the reign of Emperor Qian Long in the past three or twelve years .
