战国西汉“提封田”补正

【摘要】：传世文献和简牍资料都说明"提封"非"都凡"的"一声之转",不是"通共"、"总共"之意,而是设定疆界;"提封田"是战国西汉实行的"田亩制度"——设定封疆、计算亩积以制土分民的方法,同时计算出应该征收的田税(租)数量。此系井田制之下"方里而井"计算方式的发展。汉儒知晓井田与"提封田"的关系,并从经学角度揭示了二者的内在关联。从"提封田"入手是理解井田制的新发现,反映了战国秦汉土地关系的历史变迁,也从一个方面说明了战国秦汉社会结构变迁的历史基础。
[Abstract]:The documents and the Chien slips have shown that "lifting a seal" is not a "change of words", which means "a total of all", but rather a boundary; the "Tian Mu system" of the Western Han Dynasty during the warring States period was the system of establishing a frontier. Calculate the amount of land tax (rent) that should be collected. This is a well-field system under the "Fangli and well" calculation method development. Han Confucianism knew the relationship between mine field and Tiefang Tian, and revealed their internal relation from the angle of Confucian classics. Starting with the "lifting of the farmland", it is a new discovery to understand the well field system, which reflects the historical changes of the land relations between the warring States and the Qin and Han dynasties, and also explains the historical basis of the changes in the social structure of the warring States period and the Qin and Han dynasties.
