【摘要】： 柑橘是一种时令性较强、地域性分布较广而且种类较多的水果，，在我国有着悠久的种植历史，由此也衍生出了繁荣的橘业经济、精湛的种橘技术和丰富的橘文化。本文选取唐宋时期的柑橘为研究对象，通过对这一时期的相橘种植情况、商品化、栽培技术、加工利用和储藏等相关问题的研究，以期对唐宋时期柑橘业有个较为全面而系统的了解。本文以已有的研究成果为基础，力图通过对唐宋时期柑橘史料的整理与分析，使人们对唐宋时期的柑橘业有更深入而全面的认识。具体而言，本文主要分为五小节进行探讨：绪言部分，笔者对有关柑橘问题的研究概况进行了简要的叙述，指出以往的研究主要集中在非经济领域，对古代柑橘经济的研究还不够深入，进而提出了本文的研究任务是以唐宋时期为中心，讨论柑橘经济的相关问题。第一节、唐宋时期柑橘的种植概况。在这一部分里，笔者通过划分区域，运用详实的资料对唐宋时期我国柑橘的种植情况进行了探讨。指出唐宋时期柑橘的种植主要分布在长江中游地区、江浙地区以及四川地区，其中各个地区内部又有侧重。第二节、唐宋时期柑橘的商品化。这一部分里，笔者通过对唐宋时期柑橘经济商品化问题的分析，认为在唐宋时期我国主要产橘区的商品化问题都有了一定的发展，但是各个区域之间存在不平衡的现象，其中以江西地区和江浙地区的发展尤为迅速，进而探讨了区域差异产生的原因。第三节、唐宋时期柑橘的栽培技术。在这一部分里，笔者主要从栽培风土、繁殖技术、橘园的管理和柑橘病虫害防治等方面对唐宋时期柑橘的栽培技术进行了探讨。第四节、唐宋时期柑橘的加工利用和储藏。这一部分，笔者从食用、实用、药用三个方面对唐宋时期柑橘的加工利用进行了总结，并且归纳了唐宋时期柑橘的储藏方法。总结部分，主要对本文的主要观点做了概况性总结，并期予了以后研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Citrus is a kind of fruit with strong seasonal, regional distribution and variety. It has a long planting history in our country, and it also gives rise to the prosperous economy of orange industry, exquisite techniques of orange planting and rich orange culture. In this paper, the citrus of Tang and Song dynasties is selected as the research object, through the research on the planting situation, commercialization, cultivation technology, processing and utilization and storage of Xiangtangerine in this period. In order to have a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of citrus industry in Tang and Song dynasties. Based on the existing research results, this paper tries to make people have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the citrus industry in Tang and Song dynasties by sorting out and analyzing the historical data of citrus in Tang and Song dynasties. Specifically, this paper is divided into five subsections to discuss: In the preface part, the author gives a brief account of the research on citrus, and points out that the previous researches mainly focus on non-economic fields, but the research on ancient citrus economy is not deep enough. Furthermore, the research task of this paper is to discuss the related problems of citrus economy with Tang and Song dynasties as the center. The first section is the general situation of citrus planting in Tang and Song dynasties. In this part, the author discusses the citrus planting in Tang and Song dynasties by dividing regions and using detailed data. It is pointed out that citrus planting was mainly distributed in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and Sichuan during the Tang and Song dynasties. Section two, the commercialization of citrus in Tang and Song dynasties. In this part, through the analysis of the commercialization of citrus economy in Tang and Song dynasties, the author thinks that in Tang and Song dynasties, the commercialization of major orange producing areas has developed to a certain extent, but there is imbalance among different regions. The development of Jiangxi region and Jiangsu and Zhejiang area is especially rapid, and the reason of regional difference is discussed. The third section, the cultivation technique of citrus in Tang and Song dynasties. In this part, the author mainly discusses the cultivation techniques of citrus in Tang and Song dynasties from the aspects of cultivation, breeding technology, citrus orchard management and citrus pest control and so on. The fourth section, the processing and storage of citrus in Tang and Song dynasties. In this part, the author summarized the processing and utilization of citrus in Tang and Song dynasties from three aspects: edible, practical and medicinal, and summarized the storage methods of citrus in Tang and Song dynasties. In the part of summary, the main points of this paper are summarized, and the future research direction is given.
