【摘要】：正一问题意识20世纪末,西方新财政史兴起,论证了财政这种经济行为或经济现象的一个重要特点,就是与政治的关系最为紧密,将欧洲历史按照财政史进行了重新分期(陆连超:《新财政史:解读欧洲历史的新视角》,《天津师范大学学报》2008年第4期)。当前,关于中国经济改革、社会转型和全球化的研究已经成为社会科学研究的前沿热点,受到中外学者的普遍关注。著名经济史家熊彼特认为:"从国家财政入手的这种研究方法,在用于研究社会转折点时,效果尤为显著。"[熊彼特:《税收国家的危机》
[Abstract]:At the end of the 20th century, the rising of the new financial history in the West demonstrated that one of the most important characteristics of the economic behavior or phenomenon of finance is that it is most closely related to politics. The history of Europe has been reclassified according to the history of finance (Lu Lianchao, New Fiscal History: a New Perspective of interpreting European History, Journal of Tianjin normal University, 4th issue, 2008). At present, the research on China's economic reform, social transformation and globalization has become the frontier hot spot of social science research, and has received widespread attention from Chinese and foreign scholars.
