唐初北方主要割据政权政区研究

【摘要】： 处于隋、唐两大王朝交替之间的割据政权是特定历史环境的产物。随着唐王朝的巩固,时间的推移以及封建正统观念的深入人心,有关它们的史料被后人有意或无意的修改而湮没无闻。而作为割据政权政治生活一部分的政区设置,后继政权对其更是敏感。以致史书或不记载它们的某些州县置废,或将它们设州治县记作唐的行为等等,使历史还原的难度加大。本文在郭声波师研究的基础上,通过对史料的进一步挖掘,对唐初北方主要割据政权的势力区域、州县设置作了系统的研究。在此基础之上,基本理清了当时这些政权所含的州县以及地方行政组织的层级等问题。由此,笔者认为:这些割据政权的政区设置大不相同,有些行郡县制,有些行州县制。而且,某些较大的政权还设有总管府和行台两级政区。另外,某些正史记载由唐设置的政区其实是由这些割据政权始置的,且为数不少。以上这些情况对唐初的政区设置都有较大的影响。
[Abstract]:In Sui and Tang dynasties, the separation between the two dynasties is the product of a specific historical environment. With the consolidation of the Tang Dynasty, the passage of time and the popularity of feudal orthodoxy, the historical materials about them were either intentionally or unintentionally revised and obscured. As a part of the political life of the separatist regime, the subsequent regime is more sensitive to it. As a result, history books or some states and counties that did not record them were scrapped, or they were set up as states and counties as the behavior of Tang Dynasty, which made it more difficult to restore history. On the basis of Guo sangshi's research and through the further excavation of historical data, this paper makes a systematic study on the influence regions, states and counties of the main separatist regimes in the north of the early Tang Dynasty. On this basis, it clarifies the state and county and the level of local administrative organization of these regimes at that time. As a result, the author thinks that the administrative regions of these separatist regimes are very different, some of them are prefectures and counties, and some of them are state and county systems. Moreover, some of the larger regimes also have the general administration and the executive-Taiwan two-level administrative districts. In addition, some of the official history of the Tang Dynasty set up by the establishment of administrative areas by these separatist regimes, and a large number. The above situation has great influence on the establishment of administrative district in the early Tang Dynasty.
