再论唐代茶文化的形成——以唐代文化的“南朝化”为切入点

【摘要】：魏晋南北朝时期,饮茶现象多见于南方,饮茶并没有被北朝统治阶层和普通民众所认可。唐代饮茶之风大盛,形成了茶文化,皇室、王公大臣、儒士文人、僧侣、道士、普通民众都尚饮茶。在唐人看来,饮茶仍然被认为是节俭的表现,饮茶可以解困、清神、得道、破烦闷、解渴生津、润心田、驱孤寂、清肌骨、发文思、除不平。唐人的饮茶观念及茶文化是对魏晋南北朝南方饮茶观念的继承与发展,体现了陈登原、唐长孺两位先生关于唐代文化"南朝化"的观点。
[Abstract]:During the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties, tea drinking was more common in the south, and was not recognized by the ruling class and ordinary people of the Northern Dynasty. The tea culture was formed in the Tang Dynasty. The royal family, the princes and ministers, the Confucian literati, the monks, the Taoists and the ordinary people still drank tea. In Tang people's view, tea drinking is still considered to be the performance of frugality, tea can relieve difficulties, Qingshen, get Tao, break boredom, quench thirst, moisten the heart, drive loneliness, clear the bones, write and think, and get rid of injustice. The concept of tea drinking and tea culture of Tang people are the inheritance and development of the concept of drinking tea in the south of Wei, Jin and Southern and Northern dynasties, which embodies the views of Chen Dengyuan and Tang Changru on the "transformation of the Southern Dynasty" in the culture of the Tang Dynasty.
