传法之外:宋朝与周边民族战争中的佛寺僧侣

【摘要】：10—13世纪,东亚大陆几乎所有民族都信奉佛教。鉴于佛寺及其僧侣在各个民族政治、社会生活中的巨大影响力,在传法之外,在和善外衣之下,佛寺及其僧侣不同程度地被卷入到民族征服和民族战争之中,甚至成为民族征服和民族战争的工具。宋朝在开拓新领土和安定新占领区的过程中特别注意借重佛寺和僧侣的力量;同时,在各个民族之间的长期对峙和拉锯战中,各个政权多有意招募僧侣为间谍,或者让间谍假扮僧侣,这些真假僧侣间谍在民族之间的战争中发挥了重要作用,其典型案例首推蒙元征服南宋过程中的尤宣抚。
[Abstract]:In the 10-13 th century, almost all peoples of East Asia believed in Buddhism. In view of the great influence of the Buddhist temple and its monks in the political and social life of the various ethnic groups, in addition to the spread of Dharma and under the cloak of kindness, the temple and its monks were, to varying degrees, involved in national conquest and national wars, It has even become an instrument of national conquest and national war. In the process of opening up new territories and stabilizing the new occupied territories, the Song Dynasty paid special attention to drawing on the strength of Buddhist temples and monks. At the same time, in the long confrontation between various nationalities and in the tug-of-war, the various regimes were interested in recruiting monks as spies. Or let the spies pretend to be monks, which played an important role in the inter-ethnic war, the typical case of the Mongolian-Yuan conquering the Southern Song Dynasty Youxuan Fu.
