【摘要】：正2014年7月,《新疆通史》项目研究丛书之一、周卫平所著《清代新疆官制边吏研究》由新疆人民出版社正式出版发行。该书共24万字,对清代新疆官制进行了全面细致的爬梳和研究,正文共分四章:"清代新疆军府制时期地方官制的建立与发展"、"新疆建省后地方官制的演变"、"清代新疆地方职官的群体特征"、"官制、边吏与清代新疆之变乱"。正文前有"导论",后有"余论"、"参考文献"及"后记",书后附有6张图表。正文前两章探讨
