汉代妇女与酿酒的关系研究

【摘要】：前贤对"百礼之会,非酒不行"的汉代酿酒业研究,鲜有探讨妇女与酿酒之间关系的,而缺少这方面的历史阐释,我们对汉代酒业的理解是不全面的。故文章从汉代妇女通晓酿酒技术、从事酒的生产及买卖活动以及谙习酒食为必备的妇功之一等三个方面,探讨汉代妇女与酿酒的关系及其所起的作用,以期窥见汉代妇女在社会经济生活中的作用。
[Abstract]:The former sages seldom explored the relationship between women and wine in the study of the wine industry in the Han Dynasty, which was called "the meeting of the hundred Rites, not the Wine", but we did not have a comprehensive understanding of the wine industry in the Han Dynasty because of the lack of historical explanation in this respect. Therefore, this paper discusses the relationship between women and wine making in the Han Dynasty and their role in the process of wine making from the following three aspects: they are familiar with the techniques of wine making, engaged in the production and sale of wine, and one of the necessary women's skills in the practice of wine and food, and the relationship between women and wine making in the Han Dynasty is discussed. In order to see the role of women in social and economic life in the Han Dynasty.
