清太宗之死新论

【摘要】：清太宗皇太极于崇德八年(1643)八月初九夜突然去世,清代官方文献记载为"无疾"而终,同时文献中又说清太宗生前患有"鼻衄",故其死因备受怀疑而未有结论。本文主要以朝鲜文献对清太宗患病时用药记录,以及当时在盛京的朝鲜医官对清太宗病情的诊断,证明清太宗自崇德四年(1639)开始就患有严重的疾病,长期对军国大事的焦虑与对宸妃去世的悲伤,加剧了他的病情,最后发展成为"风眩"等综合症。这些因素共同导致了清太宗的猝死,并利用现代医学知识对其病因做出了科学的解释。
[Abstract]:Qing Taizong Taiji died suddenly in the first nine nights of August in Chong Tak eight years (1643). The official documents of the Qing Dynasty recorded the death as "no disease". At the same time, it was said that Qing Taizong suffered from "epistaxis" before his death, so the cause of death was highly suspected and inconclusive. This paper mainly uses the Korean literature to record the medicine used in the illness of Qing Taizong, and the diagnosis of Qing Taizong's illness by the Korean medical officer in Shengjing at that time, which proves that the Qing Taizong has been suffering from a serious disease since Zonta four years (1639). Long-term anxiety about military affairs and grief over Chen's death aggravated his illness and eventually developed into syndromes such as wind-dizziness. These factors led to the sudden death of Taizong in Qing Dynasty, and made a scientific explanation of its etiology by using modern medical knowledge.
