走马楼吴简中所见的生口买卖——兼谈魏晋封建论之奴客相混

【摘要】：走马楼吴简中记录了孙吴时期官、私生口买卖的情况。复原的"私生口估税簿"由竹简和木牍编连而成,记录了官府在吏民私买卖生口过程中收取估税的具体情况。吴简所记官、私生口的实际价值较低,可能与征讨武陵蛮俘获大量的夷生口有关。吴简以奴代役、奴客共同附籍、僮客连称的具体记录,丰富了魏晋封建论的相关论述。
[Abstract]:Wu Bamboo slips of Ma Lou recorded the trading of official and private life in the period of Soon-Wu. The restored book consists of bamboo slips and wooden slips, which records the actual situation of the government collecting the tax in the process of private trading. Wu Bian records that the actual value of illegitimate mouth is relatively low, which may be related to the capture of a large number of Yishengkou by invading Wuling. Wu bamboo slips served as slaves, slaves and guests jointly attached to the register, and the specific records of the caddies, enriched the relevant exposition of the feudal theory of Wei and Jin dynasties.
