从李纲到秦桧—宋高宗初期政治研究

【摘要】： 宋高宗是南宋的第一个皇帝,奠基了南宋一百五十余年之基业。南渡以后南宋外部面临来自金的军事压力,内部有“游寇、土贼”等叛乱,同时,手握重兵的统兵大将也影响着南宋政权的安危。解决这些问题就是南宋王朝在这半壁江山重整秩序,确立权威所面对的主要任务。本文主要从各派政治力量为解决这些问题,为巩固新生政权所实践各种政治构想的方面来论述。在政敌激烈的角逐过程中,秦桧系势力胜出,结果确立了绍兴十二年的体制。这一体制不仅确立了以高宗为中心的政治权力体系,也决定南宋政权的国家基本架构与营运大纲。为了维护这一体制,在高宗默许下建立起了以秦桧为主导的专制体制。这些也决定了南宋政权的基本性格特点——放弃了北宋所坚持的与北方民族相对抗的汉族主义,却继承了集权主义的特点。
[Abstract]:Song Gaozong was the first emperor of the Southern Song Dynasty, laying the foundation of the Southern Song Dynasty for more than 150 years. After the Southern Song Dynasty, the outside of the Southern Song Dynasty faced the military pressure from the Jin Dynasty. Inside, there were insurrections such as "roving invaders, local thieves" and so on. At the same time, the army general holding heavy troops also affected the safety and security of the regime of the Southern Song Dynasty. Solving these problems is the main task faced by the Southern Song Dynasty in reorganizing order and establishing authority. This article mainly discusses from the aspects of various political forces to solve these problems and to consolidate the new political regime in the practice of various political ideas. In the fierce competition of the political opponents, Qin Hui won, resulting in the establishment of Shaoxing system for 12 years. This system not only established the political power system with Gao Zong as the center, but also decided the basic structure and operation outline of the regime of the Southern Song Dynasty. In order to maintain this system, with the acquiescence of Gao Zong, the autocratic system dominated by Qin Hui was established. These also determined the basic character of the regime of the Southern Song Dynasty, which gave up the Han chauvinism that the Northern Song Dynasty insisted against the northern nation, but inherited the characteristic of centralism.
