战国官营借贷活动初探

【摘要】： 战国时期各种借贷活动十分活跃，官营借贷活动是其中之一，是指以国家或官府为放贷方(债权方)的借贷活动。为了展现战国官营借贷活动的概况，本文在前人研究的基础上，搜集了一些出土文献和先秦典籍上的资料，对战国官营借贷活动的基本情况作初步探讨。本文首先论述了借贷对象(债务方)和负责借贷事务的官职两方面内容。认为官营借贷的主要对象是农民和小工商业者；负责借贷事务的官职，以所搜集的资料来看，并没有发现专门负责借贷事务的官员或机构。然后文章分类论述了借贷的内容，主要包括实物借贷和货币借贷两大类。接下来文章对借贷方式也作了详细论证。最后文章简要分析了官营借贷在战国社会中的作用，并给予客观评价。
[Abstract]:During the warring States period, various lending activities were very active, among which official lending was one of them, which refers to the lending activities of the state or government as lenders (creditors). In order to show the general situation of the official lending activities in the warring States period, based on the previous studies, this paper collects some unearthed documents and materials on the books of the Pre-Qin Dynasty, and makes a preliminary discussion on the basic situation of the official lending activities in the warring States period. This paper first discusses the object of borrowing (debt party) and the official position in charge of borrowing and lending. It is believed that the main targets of official lending are farmers and small business people, and the official posts in charge of lending and lending affairs, judging from the data collected, have not found any officials or institutions specializing in lending and lending affairs. Then the paper classifies and discusses the content of lending, mainly including physical lending and currency lending. The following article also makes the detailed demonstration to the loan way. Finally, the article briefly analyzes the role of official lending in the warring States society, and gives an objective evaluation.
