【摘要】：正宋代胥吏的贪腐现象非常严重,这也给集权统治造成很大的负面影响,主有体现在:营私舞弊,干扰法令实施;窃权弄政,侵侮士类;勾结权贵,加重吏治腐败;敲剥百姓,危害社会。宋代对吏治也进行过整顿,却收效甚微。原因何在?也许只有透过表面现象,从制度本身着手,深入剖析官与吏之间关系变化的脉络,才能找到答案。官员与胥吏同在官府任事,本应
