西晋职官升迁与资位秩序

【摘要】：西晋职官升迁制度存在进阶与增位两种形式,构成以官资等级为基础的仕进秩序。官僚仕进主要依循由内官重要职位为中心构成的官资等级,这一等级细密而复杂,与九品官品有所区别。西晋官僚制呈现出官资与官位合一的特点,使官位超越了职位意义,形成仕进制度的资位秩序。职官升迁由于内官资位的主导地位,使吏部铨选内外失衡,促成甲午制的出台,由此造成外官附从内官资位秩序格局的进一步深化。官资与官位不断融合的演变过程反映了魏晋南北朝官僚制度以资位秩序为中心的主流发展方向。
[Abstract]:There are two forms of promotion system in the Western Jin Dynasty: advanced and increased, which constitute the official order based on the rank of official capital. Bureaucratic advancement mainly follows the government-funded grade, which is composed of important positions in the civil service, which is fine and complex, which is different from the nine-grade official products. The bureaucratic system in the Western Jin Dynasty showed the characteristics of the combination of official capital and official position, which made the official position transcend the post significance and form the rank order of the official advancement system. The promotion of official is due to the dominant position of the internal official position, which causes the internal and external imbalance of the civil service and promotes the introduction of the Jia-Wu system, which leads to the further deepening of the order pattern of the attachment of the foreign officials to the internal official position. The evolution of the integration of official capital and official position reflects the mainstream development direction of bureaucrat system in Wei-Jin and Southern and Northern dynasties, in which the order of capital is the center of development.
