【摘要】：近代中国的资本市场是伴随着西方经济方式的深入而产生发展的,在其发展过程中呈现出显著的间歇性、强烈的投机性和同主流经济体系和文化属性相排斥的特点。究其原因在于近代中国社会内部涌动着两股明显异化的力量,即代表东方文明的中国传统社会的所有要素和代表西方先进文明的工业社会的所有要素。中国的近代史集中地表现为中国的农业社会在西方工业文明的冲击下被迫由传统向现代转型的历史过程,我们传统意义上将这一历史过程中的社会形态称之为半殖民地半封建社会。这种称呼一定程度上表达出了特定历史阶段的特征,即二元性特征,但同时却将二元性特征狭隘化了。我今天的学术努力旨在选取近代中国经济领域中最具代表性的资本市场的发展变化及相关因素的分析,去理解近代中国社会内部的二元性特征。本文包括五个部分：引言集中阐述了对近代资本市场二元冲突研究的意义和目的,并对此问题在国内外的学术动态进行了介绍；第一章介绍了从1872年到1945年解放前的中国资本市场发展的概况,并对其中的一些非常态事件做了深刻的比较分析研究,旨在以此归纳出近代资本市场最具典型性的特征,即间歇性、强烈的投机性、同主流经济体系和文化属性相排斥的特点；第二章力图从经济体系所包含的一系列构成要素的微观视角去剖析近代中国资本市场一系列特征的根源。首先对于资本市场所赖以存在的主体经济模式——近代民族工业的阶段性发展状况,同相应历史时期的资本市场的波动做了大量的比较研究,从而认识到中国近代的民族工业和资本市场虽同为学习西方的产物,但二者之间的关联度在近代这一历史时期微乎其微。换言之,我们对于西方经济模式的学习还处于简单的表象模仿阶段,对其间深刻的互动性联系和相应的制度创设还知之甚少,或者这些要素本就是无法复制的。其次,本节在微观经济层面下对东西方金融机构在经济尤其是在资本市场中的作用进行了解析,并对钱庄和外资银行,钱庄和华资银行以及外资银行和华资银行之间的冲突与合作关系做了动态二元分析,这对于我们理解近代资本市场的特征具有重大意义。最后还讨论了近代中国货币体系的变动对于资本市场以及整个宏观经济的深刻影响,揭示了银钱货币体系本身的二元特点和其无法克服的缺陷,即主体货币白银的输入性,对于资本市场波动的影响和对整个传统社会体系逐渐瓦解的巨大作用。在货币政策被日益重视的今天这节的分析显得更加具有现实意义；第三章着重从政治权力的更替中去理解非稳定政治秩序下经济事务所受到的影响。首先从不同维度对近代公共权力转换过程中对于资本市场的干涉和管理进行了条理化,由此推及近代的公共权力由于未建立起持续稳定的政治秩序,因而对于资本市场的管理偏重于控制而非创设公平公正的游戏规则,而相应法律法规停留在对于西方法律的模仿,而未形成一种对社会成员强制执行的普遍准则。第二节对于近代资本市场的相关法律创设进行了探讨,其表现出的西化和不完善特征使之无法成为资本市场真正有效的规范,相反基于传统社会的很多隐性制度和潜规则却在发挥着转型社会中的替代性作用。最后对于战争和革命问题进行了讨论,既辨析了作者对于战争和革命本身的理解,同时从战争对于资本市场的直接影响和通过影响宏观经济而间接影响资本市场两个层面分析战争与资本市场之间难以捉摸的关系,进而帮助理解近代资本市场脱离经济基本面的投机特性；第四章结语通过前文对近代资本市场的特征以及影响其运行的诸多因素的对比分析,大胆提出资本市场所表现出来的所有特征都源自于非同质的文明构成要素的融合与冲突,并进而将这种冲突与融合所表现出来的特质推及整个近代的中国社会,并设想人类社会向高级形态的演进必将伴随着多元文明间的融合与冲突而走向同质化。
[Abstract]:In modern China , China ' s capital market is developing with the deepening of the western economy . The reason lies in that the Chinese agricultural society is forced from the traditional to the modern transformation historical process under the impact of the western industrial civilization . The modern history of China shows the characteristics of the Chinese traditional society and the historical process which represents the advanced civilization in the West .

This paper consists of five parts : the introduction focuses on the significance and purpose of the study of the binary conflict in modern capital market , and introduces the academic developments at home and abroad ;
The first chapter introduces the general situation of the development of China ' s capital market before the liberation of 1949 to 1945 , and makes a profound comparative analysis on some of them , which is aimed at inducing the most typical characteristics of modern capital market , namely , intermittent , strong speculative , and the exclusion of mainstream economic system and cultural attribute ;
The second chapter tries to analyze the root causes of a series of characteristics of modern China ' s capital market from the microscopic perspective of a series of constituent elements included in the economic system .
The third chapter focuses on the influence of economic firms from the change of the political power to understand the influence of the economic firms under the unstable political order . First of all , the article probes into the interference and management of the capital market in the course of the transformation of the modern public power from different dimensions . The second section discusses the relevant laws of the modern capital market , but does not form a universal norm against the enforcement of the social members .
The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of modern capital market and the factors that affect the operation of modern capital market , and puts forward that all the characteristics of capital market are derived from the fusion and conflict of non - homogeneous civilization elements , and then push the characteristics of the conflict and fusion to the whole modern Chinese society , and imagine that the evolution of the human society to the advanced form will be accompanied by the integration and conflict between the multi - civilization and the assimilation .
