金代买地券考述

【摘要】：买地券是置于墓葬中的象征性的契约,一般认为产生于东汉前期,沿用到明清。买地券券文定型于宋金时期,诸多出土金代买地券文中,反映了当时的丧葬习俗、浓厚的宗教因素,并从中折射出现实社会形态等等。金代买地券同以前的既有相同之处,也有一些不同,是买地券发展过程中的一个重要阶段。
[Abstract]:The purchase of land coupons is a symbolic contract placed in the tomb. It is generally believed that it was born in the early Eastern Han Dynasty and continued to be used in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Land purchase coupons were finalized in the Song and Jin dynasties, and many unearthed documents on behalf of the Jin Dynasty reflected the funeral customs at that time. Strong religious factors, and reflects the reality of social formation and so on. Gold purchase voucher with the former has not only the same, but also some differences, is an important stage in the development of land purchase coupons.
