【摘要】：正西汉末年,天下大乱、群雄并起,刘秀以寡击众、历经百战而得以光复汉室。史家公认,我国历史上中兴之盛,无出光武之右者。刘秀把"人和"发挥到了极致,特别注重凝聚人心,这是他由弱到强并最终一统天下的重要原因之一。梳理和分析刘秀的"人和"之道,可使当今的领导干部汲取经验和获得灵感,从而更好地推动工作的开展。一、屈己待人,努力避免内耗,谋求和衷共济刘秀兄弟在南阳举兵时,力量非常弱小,且当时南阳郡仍被王莽官军牢牢掌握着。刘秀审时度势,决定与
