西夏的盐业生产和盐政管理研究

【摘要】：西夏的盐业是西夏历史中的重要组成部分之一。本文在前人研究的基础上,从以下四个方面入手对其进行了讨论。第一个问题是西夏建国前对盐业生产和管理。主要追溯历史上这一区域盐业的发展,盐池的分布情况及食盐的种类等做一系统的分析,以此填补西夏文献不足造成对其研究片面的情况。第二个问题是西夏的盐政研究。以《天盛改旧定新律令》中的记载为主线,结合西夏立国以前,隋唐五代以及宋时期对盐业的管理,并以元代统一后盐业政策的调整来推断西夏对盐业管理的政策,进一步完整的研究西夏盐政。第三个问题是通过《天盛律令》来分析西夏盐业的发展状况。第四是西夏与宋之间的盐业贸易。这里所述包括其官方贸易和民间走私中对食盐政策变化,从宋夏两个政权所采取的盐业政策入手,分析其盐业在双方关系中的重要作用。第五是盐业对西夏的影响。主要通过西夏青白盐的生产带来的的巨大利益和对西夏社会经济产生的意义,更进一步了解西夏的社会以及西夏与宋的关系。由于西夏文史料的匮乏,导致对西夏盐业的发展状况缺乏足够的了解。本文在对一些盐业生产和盐业政策作出分析的基础上,初步勾勒出从隋唐时期党项族在西北生活区域和至元明时期西夏区域内盐业发展情况的完整体系。西夏盐业的研究,在不同程度上反映出了西夏的社会生活和经济状况。从西夏盐业的生产和影响来看,西夏得以与辽、金、宋长期鼎立并长期屹立与西北地区的格局所产生了巨大的意义。
[Abstract]:The salt industry of Xixia is one of the important parts in the history of Xixia. Based on the previous studies, this paper discusses the salt production and management from the following four aspects: the first is the production and management of salt industry before the founding of the Western Xia Dynasty. The development of salt industry in this area, the distribution of salt pond and the type of salt in this area are analyzed systematically in order to make up for the lack of literature in Xixia. The second question is the study of salt politics in Xixia. Taking the records of "Tiansheng Reform of Old and New regulations" as the main line, combining the management of salt industry in the Sui, Tang and Song dynasties before the founding of the country in Xixia, and inferring the policy of salt management in Xixia from the adjustment of salt policy after the unification of Yuan Dynasty, A further complete study of the Xixia Salt Policy. The third problem is to analyze the development of Xixia salt industry through Tiansheng Law. The fourth is the salt trade between Xixia and Song Dynasty. This article includes the changes of salt policy in its official trade and folk smuggling. Starting with the salt policy adopted by the two regimes in Song and Xia dynasties, the paper analyzes the important role of salt industry in the relationship between the two countries. The fifth is the influence of salt industry on Xixia. Through the great benefits brought by the production of Qingbai salt in Xixia and the significance to the social economy of Xixia, we can further understand the society of Xixia and the relationship between Xixia and Song. Due to the lack of historical materials in Xixia, there is a lack of sufficient understanding of the development of the salt industry in Xixia. Based on the analysis of some salt production and salt industry policies, this paper preliminarily outlines the complete system of salt industry development in the northwest living area of the Dangxiang clan in the Sui and Tang dynasties and in the Xixia region from the Yuan to the Ming Dynasty. The study of Xixia salt industry, to some extent, reflects the social life and economic situation of Xixia. From the production and influence of Xixia salt industry, Xixia was able to cope with the Liao and Jin dynasties. Song long-standing and the pattern of the northwest region produced great significance.
