清朝抬旗、降旗、换旗述论

【摘要】：清朝军政合一的社会组织制度——八旗制度,是一项相对开放的制度。八旗制度内部的流动,即是其中的重要表现之一。在八旗内部,有纵向的流动,如抬旗与降旗;也有横向的转换,此为换旗。八旗制度内部的旗色与旗分的调整与变化,一方面是在制度上体现出流动性,加强了上三旗与下五旗,八旗汉军、八旗蒙古与八旗满洲之间的有机联系,促进、加强了八旗整体性;另一方面,八旗的流动,形成了八旗内部的竞争机制,从而增加了八旗制度的活力与生命力,使其能够延续近三百年。从目前研究状况看,一是大多数学者仅仅涉及到抬旗、降旗与换旗的某一方面,未对此问题进行全面而系统的研究;二是对八旗流动缺乏整体性研究,有以点代面的倾向。有鉴于此,本文试对此问题进行较系统的梳理和研究。
[Abstract]:The system of eight banners is a relatively open system. The internal mobility of the eight banners system is one of the important manifestations. Within the eight flags, there is vertical flow, such as flag raising and flag lowering; there is also horizontal conversion, which is flag exchange. The adjustment and change of flag color and flag division within the eight Banner system, on the one hand, reflect the fluidity of the system, and strengthen the organic link between the upper three banners and the lower five banners, the eight banners and the Han Army, the eight Banner Mongolia and the eight Banner Manchuria, so as to promote, On the other hand, the flow of the eight banners has formed the internal competition mechanism of the eight banners, thus increasing the vitality and vitality of the eight banners system and making it last for nearly 300 years. From the point of view of the current research situation, one is that most scholars are only concerned with some aspect of flag raising, flag lowering and flag changing, and they have not carried out a comprehensive and systematic study of this problem; the other is the lack of holistic research on the flow of the eight flags, and the tendency to substitute the point for the other. In view of this, this paper tries to sort out and study this problem systematically.
