清宫造办处匠人研究

【摘要】：清宫造办处作为清代宫廷工艺手工业生产与制作的核心机构,在中国古代工艺史上享有盛名,引起了许多学者的讨论和研究。但作为造办处生产制作主体的匠人,其工作与生活的历史情状却鲜有人知。伴随着造办处覆盖全国的工艺制作网络的建成,各地精英匠师不断进入内廷参与到宫廷工艺的生产制作当中。在本处官员统筹和以匠兼管的管理模式下,他们的专业和技艺得到了最大发挥,对清宫工艺的发展起到了推动作用。清代统治者尊重艺术、重视技艺的行为,使他们对待匠人表现出了善意的态度,给予造办处匠人较同时期宫廷内外其他诸匠更为可观的薪资和待遇,为他们专研工艺、精进技艺提供了必要的物质保障。论文基于造办处档案及相关的史料文献,就造办处匠人的组织管理、生活状况和工艺成就进行讨论。
[Abstract]:As the core organization of the production and manufacture of the imperial handicraft industry in the Qing Dynasty, the Qing Palace Office enjoyed great fame in the history of ancient Chinese craftsmanship, which caused many scholars to discuss and study it. However, as the craftsmen of the production subject, the historical situation of their work and life is seldom known. With the establishment of a nationwide manufacturing network, elite craftsmen from all over the country continued to enter the court to participate in the production of court craft. In the management mode of officials and management, their specialty and skill were brought into full play, which promoted the development of the Qing palace technology. The rulers of the Qing Dynasty respected art and attached importance to the act of craftsmanship, which made them show a well-intentioned attitude towards the craftsmen. They gave the craftsmen a more handsome salary and treatment than other craftsmen in and out of the court during the same period, and specialized in the study of craftsmanship for them. Sophisticated techniques provide the necessary material support. Based on the archives and related historical documents, this paper discusses the organization, management, living conditions and technological achievements of the craftsmen.
