明王国光《司铨奏草》研究

【摘要】： 明张居正改革是封建社会晚期一次成功的改革。王国光是明万历时期重要的改革家,在张居正改革期间,先后担任户、吏二部尚书,是张居正推行全面改革的得力助手。《司铨奏草》是王国光任吏部尚书时期的奏疏稿本汇集,今仅存有万历年间刻本一种版本,藏国家图书馆。《司铨奏稿》是上下行批示执行的奏疏原稿,此书的存世,不仅为我们今天研究这时期张居正推行吏治改革提供珍贵的第一手档案文献,而且更为重要的是,也为我们更深入地理解和总结明代张居正吏治改革思想及经验提供了重要前提和基础依据。王国光《司铨奏草》在明万历年间已经刊行,前面我们已经谈到,这是一部重要的明万历改革的吏部奏疏文稿的汇集,其学术资料价值不言而喻,但是就是这样一部重要的奏疏文稿,问世达五百年来一直未引起学者的重视和注意。首先是乾隆年间编撰的《四库全书》以及《存目提要》都没有将其收入,其次是上个世纪出版的《四库存目丛书》、《四库禁毁丛书》、《四库存目补编丛书》、《四库未收书目丛书》以及上个世纪末由凤凰出版社出版的《续修四库全书》等大型丛书都没有将其收入。追其原因,此书属孤本,仅存国家图书馆善本部,过去一般学者是看不到的。二是自清以来,明代的一些奏疏的收入,受到政府的严格审查,这也许是此部著作未收入《四库全书》并一直未引起学者注意和研究的两个重要原因。本文围绕《司铨奏草》的版本和内容展开研究,包括：前言、王国光生平和著述、《司铨奏草》版本考略、《司铨奏草》与张居正改革的关系、《司铨奏草》与《神宗实录》比较、结语,凡六个部分。本论文的研究,对于今天我们深入研究张居正吏治改革提供重要的前期成果。本论文是目前国内外关于王国光《司铨奏草》研究的唯一的一篇论文,是作者在攻读硕士学位三年时间里,基于点校整理王国光《司铨奏草》和诗集《率意稿》,结合相关资料而完成的毕业论文。
[Abstract]:Ming Zhang Juzheng's reform was a successful reform in the late feudal society. Wang Guoguang was an important reformer in the Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. During the period of Zhang Juzheng's reform, he successively served as the household, the official two Shang books, and was Zhang Juzheng's right-hand in carrying out the overall reform. There is only one edition of this edition of the Wanli calendar, which is stored in the National Library. The draft of Si Quan is the original manuscript of the up-down instruction and execution, and the book exists in the world. This not only provides us with valuable first-hand archival documents for the study of Zhang Juzheng's official reform during this period, but also, more importantly, It also provides an important premise and basis for us to understand and sum up Zhang Juzheng's reform thought and experience in Ming Dynasty. Wang Guoguang's "Si Quan Fu Cao" has been published in the Ming Wanli period. As we mentioned earlier, this is a collection of important papers on the reform of the Ming Wanli official Department, and its academic material value is self-evident. However, it is such an important manuscript, published for 500 years has not attracted the attention and attention of scholars. First of all, neither the "Siku Quan Shu" compiled during the Qianlong period nor the "Summary of the existing items" received any income. Then came the fourth inventory series published in the last century, the four stocks forbidden and destroyed series, the fourth inventory supplement series, the uncollected bibliography series of four stores, and the renewal of Siku book published by Phoenix Press at the end of last century. The books in the series did not bring in their income. The reason is that the book is an isolated book, only the National Library of good books, in the past is invisible to ordinary scholars. Second, since the Qing Dynasty, some of the Ming Dynasty's income has been strictly examined by the government, which may be the two important reasons that this work has not been included in the "Siku" and has not attracted the attention and research of the scholars. This paper focuses on the edition and content of Si Quan Fu, including preface, life and writings of Wang Guoguang, textual research on the version of Si Quan, the relationship between Si Quan and Zhang Juzheng's reform, and comparison between Si Quan and Shen Zong. Conclusion, all six parts. The research of this thesis provides important preliminary results for our in-depth study of Zhang Juzheng's reform of official administration today. This thesis is the only one about Wang Guoguang's "Si Quan Teng" at home and abroad, and it is the author who has been studying for his master's degree for three years. Based on the collation of Wang Guoguang and the anthology of poetry, the thesis is based on the relevant materials.
