汉代章奏文书“需头”与“言姓”问题考论

【摘要】：汉代的章奏文书指官民上于皇帝的文书,具体有章、表、奏、议四种。封事是重封的章表,变事书是言变事的章,二者都属于章奏文书。章奏文书有"需头"与"不需头"之分。章奏"需头",表"不需头"。所谓"需头"是指臣民在上书之时留数枚空简于其末,以供皇帝批答之用。同时,汉代官民上章奏文书之时,自称例皆不言姓,这是一种自卑贱以尊皇帝的做法,也涵有向皇帝表示亲近的意思。
[Abstract]:The documents of the Han Dynasty show that the officials and the people are on the emperor's books, there are four kinds of documents: chapter, table, instrument, and discussion. The seal is the chapter table of the reseal, the change book is the chapter of the word change, both belong to the chapter instrument. There are two kinds of instruments: "need head" and "no head". The chapter plays "needs the head", the table "does not need the head". The so-called "head of need" means that the subjects left several empty slips at the end of the letter for the emperor to approve and answer. At the same time, when the officials and the people of the Han Dynasty wrote the document, they said that they did not say their last name, which was a way of abject respect for the emperor, and it also meant to express closeness to the emperor.
