战国时期列国置相研究

【摘要】：战国时期是宰相制度的萌生与发展期,关于战国相记载的史料零星的散落在《战国策》《史记》及诸子文集等传世文献中,考古资料中也有关于战国相的相关记载。由于史料的限制,很多问题研究无法深入,目前尚不能揭示战国相职发展的规律与明确的线索,但实际上,将相的设置与战国局势相联系进行研究是可行的。本文立足于对文献资料与考古资料进行梳理的基础,从横向与纵向两个方面探究战国时期列国置相,全面地展现战国置相的历史特征。在绪论中,阐述了本文的选题原因与意义、本课题研究的历史及现状、本文的基本思路与方法及对所论对象的界定。第一部分在已有研究成果的基础上,简明阐述战国相职的基本特点,通过对现有的文献与考古资料进行梳理,列出各国置相表直观展现置相史实；第二部分在史料梳理的基础上,主要对秦、三晋、楚三个区域进行研究,对战国列国置相进行分析比较,突出战国置相的区域特色；第三部分论述,战国时由于新旧传统较量存在于各国,并对相制造成了普遍的影响；相所带有的浓重的外交特色也是战国时局下列国交往的需要；相与君主、相与相之间的关系都是以战国政局作为舞台的。从过渡性、外交性及职能划分的不明确性等方面去探讨相职的时代特征。
[Abstract]:The warring States period is the initiation and development period of the prime minister system. The historical materials recorded in the warring States period are scattered sporadically in the historical documents such as "the Policy of the warring States", "Records of the History" and the collection of works by various scholars, and there are also relevant records about the phase of the warring States period in the archaeological materials. Because of the limitation of historical data, many problems can not be deeply studied, and at present, it is not possible to reveal the rules and clear clues of the development of the warring States period, but in fact, it is feasible to study the relationship between the setting of the general and the situation of the warring States. Based on the basis of combing the literature and archaeological data, this paper explores the historical features of the warring States in the warring States period from the horizontal and vertical aspects. In the introduction, the paper expounds the reason and significance of the topic, the history and present situation of the research, the basic ideas and methods of this paper and the definition of the object discussed. In the first part, on the basis of the existing research results, the basic characteristics of the post of the warring States are briefly elaborated, and through combing the existing literature and archaeological data, the author lists the historical facts of the various countries. The second part, on the basis of combing the historical data, mainly studies the three regions of Qin, San Jin and Chu, analyzes and compares the phases of the warring States, and highlights the regional characteristics of the phases of the warring States. The third part discusses that the warring States period because of the new and the old traditional contest exists in various countries, and has become the universal influence to the phase manufacture, the strong diplomatic characteristic of the phase is also the need of the following countries' exchanges in the warring States period. The political situation of the warring States period is the stage of the relations between the state and the monarch. From the transitional, diplomatic and functional division of the unclear aspects to explore the characteristics of the times.
