续妖书案之达观狱与万历政局

【摘要】：达观作为晚明的高僧,一生以弘法救世为己任,并因政治取向与清流派党人一致而为执政沈一贯忌恨。续妖书案发生后,游走于京师的山人游客僧道等成为被集中怀疑的首要对象,沈一贯等人亦借机罗织陷害达观,致使其被缉拿下狱。后沈一贯又将达观罗织为沈鲤、郭正域的同党,加上达观妄议神宗拆毁海印寺及公然营救德清,遂使达观之狱不可解,最终冤死狱中。总体而言,达观之死不仅是万历复杂政局发展的结果,也是集中展现万历复杂政局的一个独特面向,为我们观察晚明政局走向提供了很好的视角。
[Abstract]:As a senior monk in the late Ming Dynasty, Daoguan took the teaching of the law and saving the world as his duty all his life, and because of his political orientation was consistent with the party members of the Qing school, he was in power and hated Shen consistently. After the continuation of the demon book case, mountain visitors, monks, Taoism and so on, who had been wandering in the capital, became the primary object of concentrated suspicion. Shen and others also took the opportunity to frame Dharma Guan, resulting in their arrest and imprisonment. Later, Shen made Daguanluo a fellow party of Shen Li and Guo Zhengyu, together with Dharma's misconceptions about the demolition of the Hai Yin Temple and the open rescue of the Deqing Dynasty, thus making the prison of Dharma impossible, and eventually dying wrongly in prison. In general, the death of the concept of maturity is not only the result of the development of the complex political situation in Wanli, but also a unique aspect of focusing on the complex political situation of Wanli, which provides a good perspective for us to observe the trend of the political situation in the late Ming Dynasty.
