清代中后期蒙古年班制度的调整与变化

【摘要】：蒙古年班制度是指清代蒙古王公按期到北京朝觐清朝皇帝的制度。在长期的执行过程中,该制度遇到一系列问题与挑战。针对此,清廷主动或被动地采取措施进行相应调整,使年班制度出现变化。乾隆朝时增设了内廷行走年班,这是蒙古年班中的新形式;从咸丰朝开始,清廷停止了传统年班朝觐,规定仅许内廷行走年班中御前行走的蒙古王公来京朝觐;清末年班制度出现危机并最终废弛。
[Abstract]:Mongolian New year shift system refers to the Qing Dynasty Mongol princes who came to Beijing to perform the pilgrimage to the Qing emperors. In the long-term implementation process, the system encountered a series of problems and challenges. In view of this, the Qing government took measures to adjust the year-shift system actively or passively. During the Qianlong Dynasty, a new form of the Mongolian New year Class was added, and from the Xianfeng Dynasty, the Qing Dynasty stopped the pilgrimage of the traditional classes, and stipulated that only the imperial princes who had been on the imperial march during the Neiting period would be allowed to make the pilgrimage to the capital. At the end of Qing Dynasty, the shift system appeared crisis and was eventually abolished.
