“安内”与“攘外”:论唐德宗统治政策的转变

【摘要】：唐德宗时期,正值安史之乱刚刚平定,百废待兴。终其一生,德宗都在致力于"安内"削藩,希望恢复盛唐治世局面。即位之初,德宗采取了缓和与回纥及吐蕃的民族矛盾,全力施行"安内"政策。随着削藩的失败和民族关系的变化,为稳定唐朝边境,德宗的统治政策逐渐转变为"攘外"之策。但其"攘外"之策无不体现着"安内"的思想,而这一思想又为唐宪宗的削藩奠定了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Tang Dezong period, at a time when the chaos of Anshi has just settled, a hundred waste to be happy. Throughout his life, Dezong devoted himself to cutting vassals in Anne, hoping to restore the situation of ruling the world in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. At the beginning of the throne, the German Zong adopted the national contradiction with Huihe and Tubo, and made every effort to implement the policy of "Annei". With the failure of cutting vassal and the change of ethnic relations, in order to stabilize the border of Tang Dynasty, the ruling policy of German Zong gradually changed into the policy of "hustle and bustle". However, the policy of "hustle and bustle" embodies the thought of "peace", which laid a solid foundation for the cutting of the vassals of Tang Xianzong.
