【摘要】：马克思正义观是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分,它的建立标志着对人类传统正义观革命性变革,是人类正义观思想史上的一次伟大的飞跃。本文从马克思经典论著入手,认真阅读、研究、总结马克思正义观逻辑脉络和主要内容,揭示马克思正义观对于我国目前构建社会主义和谐社会重要启示。本文共分四个部分：第一部分是正义观解读,重点解释了正义观内涵,正义观分类。第二部分是马克思正义观形成及发展,该部分阐述了马克思正义观形成时代背景、理论来源以及在中国发展。第三部分论述了马克思正义观主要内容及特点。第四部分探讨如何运用马克思正义观解决我国当代社会中出现的问题,即用马克思正义观指导和谐社会的构建。
[Abstract]:Marxist view of justice is an important part of Marxist theory, its establishment marks a revolutionary change to the traditional view of human justice, and it is a great leap in the history of human view of justice. Read carefully, study, summarize the logic and main content of Marx's view of justice, reveal the important enlightenment of Marx's view of justice to the construction of socialist harmonious society in our country at present. This article is divided into four parts:. The first part is the interpretation of the concept of justice, focusing on the connotation of the concept of justice, the concept of justice classification. The second part is the formation and development of Marx's view of justice, which expounds the background of the formation of Marx's view of justice, theoretical sources and development in China. The third part discusses the main contents and characteristics of Marx's view of justice. Part 4th discusses how to use Marx's view of justice to solve the problems in our contemporary society, that is, to guide the construction of a harmonious society with Marx's view of justice.
