亚里斯多德的共和政体思想及启示

【摘要】：亚里斯多德是政治学的开创者,对后世影响巨大,尤其是其混合政体思想,也即共和政体思想,更是受到西方学者的重视。毛泽东同志提出,“古为今用,洋为中用”。笔者也秉承这一治学宗旨,通过对亚里斯多德的共和政体思想的深入研究,并以此为依据,提出中国政治运行中所存在的问题与不足,从而为中国和谐社会提出针对性的建议。 本文首先是关于亚里斯多德的共和政体思想研究。着重研究共和政体的含义,接着介绍了亚里斯多德的共和政体的定义和结构,它是在寡头政体和民平政体基础上折中而来的。并且探讨了它的基本的特色：防止暴政,法律至上,合符“中庸”之道,近于现实,中产阶级执政。 在此基础上,本文也尝试对中国目前的政治运行中所存在的问题进行分析。如民主建设的不足,法治建设的不足,政治权力的监督不力,利益分配不均,从而提出一些参考性的建议：进一步健全社会的权力制衡机制,坚持分配正义,注重阶层和谐,构建法制社会,改革当前的信访制度,拓宽参与渠道,扩大政治参与。
[Abstract]:Aristotle was the pioneer of political science and had a great influence on later generations, especially his mixed system of government, that is, the thought of Republican regime, which was paid more attention by western scholars.Comrade Mao Zedong put it, "the past is for the present, and the foreign is for the Chinese."On the basis of the in-depth study of Aristotle's thought of Republican government, the author puts forward the problems and deficiencies in the political operation of China, and puts forward some suggestions for a harmonious society in China.The first part of this paper is about Aristotle's Republican thought.The definition and structure of Aristotle's republic are introduced. It is a compromise between oligarchy and civil equality.And discussed its basic characteristic: prevent tyranny, law supreme, accord with "mean" way, near reality, middle class ruling.On this basis, this paper also tries to analyze the existing problems in China's current political operation.For example, the deficiency of democratic construction, the insufficient construction of rule of law, the weak supervision of political power, and the uneven distribution of benefits, the author puts forward some suggestions for reference: further perfecting the power balance mechanism of society, insisting on distributive justice, paying attention to class harmony,Build a legal society, reform the current petition system, broaden the channels of participation, and expand political participation.
