睡虎地秦简法律文书档案凸显儒家思想

【摘要】：秦虽然以法家思想治国,但也并不完全排斥以儒家思想治天下。秦法律文书特别是《为吏之道》大量使用儒家伦理道德德目及其实践理论,在秦法律文书中颇多合情合理的条文。然而,对与之相关的焚书坑儒事件以及强大的秦朝迅速土崩瓦解的原因,有必要进行认真审视。
[Abstract]:Although Qin ruled the country with the thought of legalism, it was not completely excluded from ruling the world by Confucianism.Qin legal documents, especially the way for officials, used the Confucian ethics and moral principles and their practical theories in a large number of reasonable provisions in the Qin legal documents.However, it is necessary to carefully examine the related incineration and the rapid collapse of the powerful Qin Dynasty.
