【摘要】：制度是人们社会关系和社会行为的规范体系,存在于社会生活的诸多领域。正因为如此,制度在运行过程中会遇到各种障碍,使执行效力大打折扣。只有从思想上、行动上认识制度、重视制度,才能遵守制度、运用制度,才能最终实现社会的和谐、稳定和发展。
[Abstract]:Institution is the normative system of social relations and social behavior, which exists in many fields of social life.Because of this, the system will encounter various obstacles in the process of operation, making the effectiveness of implementation greatly reduced.Only by thinking, acting and attaching importance to the system can we abide by the system, apply the system, and finally realize the harmony, stability and development of the society.
