民本与民主之间：黄宗羲政治观研究

【摘要】：黄宗羲是明末清初的重要思想家,其政治思想在中国传统政治思想史上占据着重要的历史地位,他把传统民本思想推向了前所未有的高度。其政治观的闪光点主要体现在他能够把中国传统政治文化理念付诸于实践,构筑了传统民本政治通往近现代民主政治的桥梁,是儒家民本政治思想在传统社会里所能达到的最高峰,具有极其重要的理论价值和现实意义。对于黄宗羲的政治观定位,学术界历来就存有较大分歧,主要有民本派、民主派和新民本等分类。有的认为其政治观仍属于传统的民本思想,没有超越孟子以来的儒家思想范畴,因而不具有民主性；有的主张其政治观同近代民主思想相近或相通,打开了中国民主政治制度建设之门；有的认为其政治观界于民本与民主之间。本文通过现代民主视角对黄宗羲的政治观进行再审视、再认识,在分析其政治观形成的原因,探究其政治观的渊源的基础上,全面建构起了黄宗羲政治观的逻辑体系,并从古今中外的对比中,指出其政治观的的历史地位及现代价值,找出了与近代西方民主思想的差距。力求通过对黄宗羲的政治观作出一个客观公正的评价,为当下我国社会改革与民主的发展寻求有价值的思想资源。
[Abstract]:Huang Zongxi is an important thinker in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, whose political thought occupies an important historical position in the history of Chinese traditional political thought. His political view is mainly reflected in his ability to put Chinese traditional political and cultural ideas into practice and build a bridge between traditional people-oriented politics and modern democratic politics. It is the highest peak of the Confucian people-oriented political thought in the traditional society, which has extremely important theoretical value and practical significance. As to the orientation of Huang Zongxi's political view, the academic circles have always been divided into three categories: the people oriented school, the democratic school and the new people. Some people think that their political view is still a traditional people-oriented thought, which does not exceed the scope of Confucian thought since Mencius, so it does not have democracy; others claim that its political view is similar to or similar to modern democratic thought. It has opened the door to the construction of Chinese democratic political system, and some people believe that the political view is between the people and democracy. In this paper, Huang Zongxi's political view is re-examined from the perspective of modern democracy. On the basis of analyzing the reasons for the formation of Huang Zongxi's political view and exploring the origin of its political view, this paper constructs the logic system of Huang Zongxi's political view in an all-round way. The author points out the historical position and modern value of his political view and finds out the gap between it and modern western democratic thought from the comparison between ancient and modern China and foreign countries. By making an objective and fair evaluation of Huang Zongxi's political views, we seek valuable ideological resources for the development of social reform and democracy in our country.
