真实自由、资源平等与基本收入——派瑞斯无条件基本收入方案的政治哲学维度

【摘要】：单纯地从经济学进路来研究派瑞斯无条件基本收入方案,仅只关注它的可行性问题而忽略可欲性问题,不仅有失于表面化而且不充分。正是在可欲性层面上,这一方案从重建资本主义合法性基础出发,构想了一个全体社会成员最大程度地真实自由的理想社会。这一理想并非一种纯粹的乌托邦,它以个体真实自由和资源平等为其哲学根据。派瑞斯无条件基本收入方案直接挑战了传统的工作权优先观念和相应实践,主张收入权优先于工作权,要求将人们从强制性劳动中解放出来,实现全体真实自由的最大化。这既是对传统福利制度本身的批判,也是对资本主义的基石即雇佣劳动制度的批判。就其实质而言,无条件基本收入方案是一种具有强烈现实关怀的关于自由人的学说。
[Abstract]:The study of Paris's unconditional basic income scheme simply from the economic approach, only focusing on its feasibility and neglecting the problem of desire, is not only superficial but inadequate. It is at the level of desire that the scheme, based on the reconstruction of the legitimacy of capitalism, conceives the maximum degree of the members of the whole society. The ideal society of real freedom. This ideal is not a pure Utopia. It is based on the philosophical basis of individual real freedom and equality of resources. Paris's unconditional basic income scheme directly challenges the traditional right of work priority and corresponding practice, advocates that the right of income is given priority to the right to work and requires people to work from compulsory labor. It is not only a criticism of the traditional welfare system itself, but also a critique of the cornerstone of capitalism, that is, the system of employment. In its essence, the unconditional basic income scheme is a kind of theory of self from people with a strong realistic concern.
