从国家农民到社会农民的农民人权嬗变

【摘要】：马克思的市民社会思想是马克思主义的重要组成部分,对当前我国的社会建设具有重大的理论和实践意义。马克思吸收了黑格尔将市民社会与政治国家分离的合理内核,从费尔巴哈的唯物主义出发把黑格尔的“国家高于市民社会,国家决定市民社会”的市民社会与国家的颠倒关系再颠倒过来,指出“不是国家决定市民社会,而是市民社会决定国家”。国家农民和社会农民正是在马克思的市民社会理论的基础上所作的界定。国家农民向社会农民的转变正是国家权力从农村退出,社会空间在农村逐步扩大的必然结果。国家农民到社会农民的演变经历了一个漫长的过程,这个过程就是农民人权不断发展的过程。在这个过程中,农民人权的经济权、政治权、社会权、文化权都发生了巨大的变迁。从我国改革开放30多年来所取得的成绩来看,马克思的市民社会思想具有丰富的理论价值和实践价值。尽管中国农民人权取得成绩的同时也面临挑战,但是我们坚信在马克思市民社会思想的理论指导下,我们的农民人权发展一定会取得更大的成就。
[Abstract]:Marx's civil society thought is an important part of Marxism, which has great theoretical and practical significance to the current social construction of our country. Marx absorbed the reasonable core of Hegel's separating civil society from political state, and started from Feuerbach's materialism to put Hegel's "state higher than civil society". The relationship between civil society and the state is reversed again, pointing out that "it is not the state that decides the civil society, but the civil society that decides the state." State farmers and social peasants are defined on the basis of Marx's theory of civil society. The transformation from state farmers to social peasants is the inevitable result of the withdrawal of state power from rural areas and the gradual expansion of social space in rural areas. The evolution from national farmers to social peasants has undergone a long process, which is the continuous development of farmers' human rights. In this process, the economic, political, social and cultural rights of farmers' human rights have undergone tremendous changes. Marx's civil society thought has rich theoretical value and practical value from the achievements of China's reform and opening up for more than 30 years. In spite of the achievements in human rights of Chinese peasants and the challenges they face, we firmly believe that under the guidance of Marx's theory of civil society, our peasants' human rights development will surely make greater achievements.
