西方世界的民主“乱象”

【摘要】：近年来,许多引进西方价值观和政治制度的发展中国家非但未能促进本国的经济发展、政治稳定和社会进步,反而造成政党林立、政局动荡和社会分裂的局面,大量紧迫的国计民生问题也往往因政治纷争被搁置一边,多国已被推入"民主陷阱"。所以,越来越多的有识之士认识到,民主是一国经济社会发展到一定程度的产物,与本国历史文化传统密切相关,外部强加的输入型民主往往"水土不服"。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many developing countries that have introduced Western values and political systems have not only failed to promote their own economic development, political stability and social progress, but have instead created a situation of political parties, political instability and social division. A large number of pressing issues of national economy and people's livelihood are often put aside by political disputes, and many countries have been pushed into the "democratic trap." Therefore, more and more people of insight realize that democracy is the product of a country's economic and social development to a certain extent, which is closely related to its historical and cultural traditions.
