软传播对国家认同影响研究

【摘要】: 随着全球化的不断深入,文化交流与冲突使民族国家的认同面临危机。每个国家都不断地在国际和国内双重背景下积极寻找着本国的定位,国家需要借助某种手段来明确并深化国家认同。在国家认同的相关研究中,关于国家认同的形成影响因素各家观点皆有不同,得到普遍认可的能够影响国家认同的三大因素包括制度因素、文化传承因素、族群因素。大众媒介功能理论认为,大众媒介在形成、维护和改变一个社会的刻板成见上也拥有强大的影响力。软传播作为大众媒介的组成部份,不仅具有这种影响力,且根据软传播的润物无声的特征更有利于通过大众媒介理论起作用。因此,国家可以利用软传播通过制度、文化、族群间接影响国家认同的形成。本文选取软传播为国家认同问题的研究视角,正是看中了它与制度、文化、族群的紧密关系,以及在影响国家认同形成演变过程中润物无声、含蓄内敛、贴近民众等优势。 实际上,许多国家已经在利用软传巩固本国认同、影响他国认同,但在学界鲜有针对软传影响国家认同问题进行的系统论述。因此,论文试图通过总结归纳国内外以往的经验,分别从制度层面、文化层面、族群层面解析软传播的影响方式及效用。比如分析软传播怎样发掘隐含的民意对制度执行监督,并利用其“安全阀”作用及时释放社会上的对抗情绪,从而巩固国家认同;怎样运用软传播丰富传播形式成为传承文化魅力的最佳平台,并开展国民媒介教育抵抗全球化对国家认同的消极影响;怎样软化族群小型社会的封闭性,及抵消强势传播造成多重认同冲突的风险等问题。并希望可以通过论文细致分析、详细论述,为政府能够更好地利用软传播巩固国家认同提出一些有价值的参考建议。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of globalization, cultural exchanges and conflicts make the identity of nation-state face crisis. Each country is constantly looking for its own position under the dual background of international and domestic, and the country needs some means to clarify and deepen the national identity. In the relevant research of national identity, different viewpoints on the factors influencing the formation of national identity are different. The three factors that can affect national identity are generally accepted, including institutional factors, cultural heritage factors, and ethnic group factors. The theory of mass media function holds that mass media also has a strong influence in forming, maintaining and changing the stereotypes of a society. Soft communication, as a component of mass media, not only has this influence, but also is more favorable to play a role through the theory of mass media according to the silent characteristics of soft media. Therefore, the state can use soft communication to indirectly influence the formation of national identity through institutions, culture and ethnic groups. In this paper, soft communication is chosen as the research angle of national identity. It is the close relationship between soft communication and institution, culture and ethnic group, as well as the advantages of silent, implicit and close to the public in the process of influencing the formation and evolution of national identity. In fact, many countries have used soft communication to consolidate their identity and influence other countries' identity, but there is little systematic discussion on the problem of soft communication affecting national identity in academic circles. Therefore, the paper attempts to summarize the past experience at home and abroad, respectively from the institutional level, cultural level, ethnic level to analyze the impact of soft communication and its effectiveness. For example, it analyzes how soft communication excavates hidden public opinion to supervise the implementation of the system, and uses its "safety valve" function to release the social antagonism in time, so as to consolidate the national identity; How to use soft communication to enrich the form of communication becomes the best platform for inheriting cultural charm, and how to develop national media education to resist the negative influence of globalization on national identity, how to soften the closeness of ethnic groups' small society, And counteract the risk of multiple identity conflicts caused by strong communication. It is hoped that through detailed analysis and detailed discussion, some valuable suggestions can be put forward for the government to make better use of soft communication to consolidate national identity.
