马克思与罗尔斯的自由平等观的比较及当代启示

【摘要】：马克思和罗尔斯都是社会正义思想的集大成者。从马克思的社会批评的自由平等观与罗尔斯的自由平等观的相互比较中,我们发现马克思的自由平等观是无产阶级的,这种思想是在无产阶级工人运动和阶级斗争实践的基础上提出并确立的,有效地指导了无产阶级革命运动,马克思通过道德正义对资本主义生产方式条件下的形式上的自由平等观进行批判,并展望共产主义社会所实现的真正的人类的自由解放——自由平等的价值理想——消灭生产资料私人占有制的生产方式之后从而消灭了一切剥削和阶级压迫。罗尔斯的自由平等观是对自由主义和平等的调和,他的意愿是建立一个稳固的道德基础更好地为现代民主政治社会服务。马克思和罗尔斯的自由平等观还有着千丝万缕的关系。
[Abstract]:Marx and Rawls are the epitome of social justice. From the comparison between Marx's view of social criticism of freedom and equality and Rawls' view of freedom and equality, we find that Marx's view of freedom and equality is proletarian. This idea was put forward and established on the basis of the proletarian workers' movement and the practice of class struggle, and effectively guided the proletarian revolutionary movement. Marx, through moral justice, criticized the formal concept of freedom and equality under the conditions of capitalist mode of production. It also looks forward to the true liberation of human beings, the value ideal of freedom and equality, and the elimination of the production mode of private possession of the means of production, thus eliminating all exploitation and class oppression. Rawls' view of freedom and equality is a reconciliation of liberalism and equality, and his intention is to build a solid moral foundation to better serve the modern democratic political society. Marx and Rawls also have inextricably linked views on freedom and equality.
