热话题与冷思考——关于生态文明与社会主义的对话

【摘要】：人类的生存发展与生态环境息息相关,生态文明理念的提出标志着人类社会发展哲学的进步。2007年党的十七大报告首次将"生态文明"写进党的行动纲领,2012年十八大报告将生态文明建设提到五位一体的高度来论述。如何理解生态文明与社会主义的关系?马克思主义经典作家的生态思想具有怎样的当代价值?当前中国面临的生态问题有哪些特点?如何正确看待资源环境与经济增长的辩证关系?应确立怎样的生态绩效观?为了加深对这些问题的理解,本刊特约请中国人民大学哲学院欧阳志远教授就生态文明与社会主义的相关问题进行深入探讨。
[Abstract]:The survival and development of human beings are closely related to the ecological environment. The concept of ecological civilization indicates the progress of the philosophy of human social development. In 2007, the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put "ecological civilization" into the Party's action program for the first time, and the report of the 18th National Congress of 2012 raised the construction of ecological civilization to the height of "five in one". How to understand the relationship between ecological civilization and socialism? What is the contemporary value of the ecological thoughts of Marxist classical writers? What are the characteristics of the ecological problems facing China? How to correctly treat the dialectical relationship between resource environment and economic growth? What kind of ecological performance view should be established? In order to deepen our understanding of these problems, Professor Ouyang Zhiyuan, School of philosophy, Renmin University of China, is invited to conduct a thorough discussion on the related issues of ecological civilization and socialism.
