秦朝“以孝治天下”的主要措施及其历史贡献

【摘要】："以孝治天下"是华夏古代国家源远流长的政治传统,这一政治传统并没有在秦朝中断。秦朝借重宗法治国的主要措施有设置倚重"儒者""儒学"的国学体制、推行弘扬宗法伦理的礼制教化、颁行维护父家长特权的国家法典等。比较王制"孝治"与帝制"孝治"的异同,可以发现帝制"孝治"是从王制"孝治"蜕变而来的。与时俱进地改革"孝治"并使之法制化是秦国及秦朝的主要历史贡献。
[Abstract]:"governing the world with filial piety" is a long-standing political tradition in ancient China, which was not interrupted in the Qin Dynasty. The main measures of ruling the country by relying on patriarchal law in Qin Dynasty include setting up a national school system that relies on "Confucian" and "Confucianism", carrying forward the ritual system of patriarchal ethics, and promulgating the national code of law to safeguard the prerogative of father's parents, and so on. By comparing the similarities and differences between "filial piety" and "filial piety", we can find that the "filial piety" of monarchy has changed from "filial piety" to "filial piety". Reforming filial piety and legalizing filial piety with the times is the main historical contribution of Qin and Qin Dynasty.
