先秦儒家人格教育思想及其当代价值研究

【摘要】:人格教育是一个古老而又年轻的话题。中华民族在其漫长的历史发展过程中形成了非常丰富的人格教育思想,而先秦时期的儒家人格教育思想尤为著名,对后世的影响非常深远。本文所论及的先秦儒家人格教育,指的是在春秋战国时期,由儒家的主要代表人物孔子、孟子和荀子等人阐发和构造的一系列人格教育的观点的总和。 先秦儒家人格教育思想是一个完整的理论体系。先秦儒家人格教育思想产生于“礼崩乐坏”的春秋战国时期,当时天命神权观念趋向减弱;先秦儒家人格教育思想产生的理论基础是天人合一学说、人性论思想和人贵论思想;先秦儒家人格教育思想的基本目标是圣人、君子、士;先秦儒家人格教育的主要内容是自强不息、修身为本、见利思义、重诚守信、仁爱和谐、公而忘私;先秦儒家人格教育的基本方法主要有因材施教、率先垂范、学思并重、知行统一、慎独等。先秦儒家人格教育思想具有一定的现代价值,,主要体现在:在人格教育目标方面,既要有高标准又要有层次性;在人格教育内容方面,要正确处理个人与国家、个人与他人的关系;在人格教育方法方面,要形式多样、生动活泼。
[Abstract]:Personality education is an old and young topic. The Chinese nation has formed the very rich personality education thought in its long historical development process, and the Confucian personality education thought of the pre-Qin period is especially famous, and the influence on later generations is very profound. The pre-Qin Confucian personality education discussed in this paper refers to the summation of a series of views on personality education which were elucidated and constructed by Confucius Mencius and Xunzi the main representatives of Confucianism during the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period. Pre-Qin Confucian personality education is a complete theoretical system. The thought of personality education of pre-Qin Confucianists came into being in the Spring and Autumn period and warring States period, when the idea of divine right tended to weaken, the theoretical basis of the thought of personality education of pre-Qin Confucianism was the theory of the unity of nature and man, the thought of human nature and the thought of man and dignity. The basic goal of the pre-Qin Confucian personality education thought is sage, gentleman and scholar; the main content of the pre-Qin Confucian personality education is self-improvement, self-cultivation, good faith, honesty and trustworthiness, benevolence and harmony, public and private forget. The basic methods of personality education in pre-Qin Confucianism include teaching according to their aptitude, setting a good example, paying equal attention to learning and thinking, unifying knowledge and practice, and being cautious and independent. Pre-Qin Confucian personality education thought has certain modern value, mainly manifests in: in the personality education goal, must have the high standard as well as the stratification; In the content of personality education, we should correctly handle the relationship between the individual and the country and between the individual and others, and in the aspect of personality education methods, we should have a variety of forms and be lively.
