论西方国家工人阶级的现实境况和社会地位

【摘要】：20世纪70年代以来,资本主义经济结构和社会结构发生了深刻变化,工人阶级仍然是当代发达资本主义社会的客观存在,仍然是社会中的绝大多数群体,仍然具有潜在的社会变革主体地位。西方国家工人阶级经历着新一轮的"无产阶级化":一是被纳入"中产阶级"范围的广大雇佣劳动者,在劳动方式上越来越"去技能化";二是被纳入"中产阶级"的广大白领雇员"蓝领化"趋势。当然,西方工人阶级的社会变革主体地位也遭遇严峻挑战,特别是工人阶级的阶级认同感、政治行动意识和能力、组织动员程度等发生了很大变化,难以形成明确的阶级认同和阶级意识,难以形成强大的集体组织和行动能力。
[Abstract]:Since the 1970s, the capitalist economic structure and social structure have undergone profound changes, and the working class is still the objective existence of the modern developed capitalist society and the vast majority of groups in the society. Still has the potential social transformation main body status. The working class in western countries is experiencing a new round of proletarian transformation: first, the broad range of wage earners who are included in the scope of "middle class" is becoming more and more "deskilled" in the way of work; The second is the blue-collar trend of white-collar employees who are included in the middle-class. Of course, the status of the western working class as the main body of social change has also encountered severe challenges, especially the class identity of the working class, the consciousness and ability of political action, the degree of organizational mobilization, and so on. It is difficult to form clear class identity and class consciousness, and to form strong collective organization and action ability.
