儒家政治公德内向性及理论困局突破

【摘要】：孔孟儒家的政治公德诉求具有内向性特征和厚重的心性修养基础。孔子主张以仁为核心通过诸种政治德行的倡导与践行进行政治公德的修养与践行,提出以"君子喻于义""克己复礼"之个体自觉方式解决公德追求与个人私利的矛盾。孟子认为作为政治代表的君王不仁不义源于其自私求利的欲望,他希望以政治人物内心动机的纯正无私来保证政治公德的实现。孔孟对公德与私德关系的内向性处理方式遭遇了难以解决的理论与实践困难。荀子对人之欲望给予合理认定并强调礼法制度等思想具有帮助孔孟儒家走出理论困局的可能面向,在促进现代政治公德建设方面亦具有积极的意义。
[Abstract]:Confucius-Mencius Confucian pursuit of political morality has the characteristics of introversion and a heavy psychological self-cultivation basis. Confucius advocated the cultivation and practice of political morality through the advocacy and practice of various kinds of political morality, and proposed to solve the contradiction between the pursuit of public morality and personal self-interest by the individual conscious way of "the gentleman is the name" and "the courtesy of oneself is restored". Mencius believed that the unkind and unjust monarch, as a political representative, came from his selfish desire for profit. He hoped to guarantee the realization of political morality by the pure selflessness of the inner motive of political figures. Confucius and Mencius encountered difficult theoretical and practical difficulties in dealing with the introverted relationship between public morality and private morality. Xunzi's thoughts such as reasonable recognition of man's desire and emphasizing the system of etiquette and law have the possibility of helping Confucius and Mencius to get out of the difficult situation of theory, and also have positive significance in promoting the construction of modern political morality.
